At Masters of Motoring, I believe that motorsport is about more than just the drivers on the track — it’s a world powered by a passionate network of people and they all don’t sit behind the wheel.  They fall into an almost endless list of roles from engineers, aerodynamicists, strategists, marketers, sponsorship managers, fuel innovators, and team personnel to name just a few.

That’s why one of the key themes we are proudly developing at this year’s event is “How to Get Into Motorsport” — showcasing the wide variety of career pathways that are open to men and women of all ages who share a passion for this sport that is such a passion of mine.

From hands-on mechanical engineering to cutting-edge sustainability initiatives, from trackside roles to global marketing campaigns, motorsport offers thrilling opportunities both on and off the circuit. Masters of Motoring is committed to supporting the next generation of talent — and giving visitors a real glimpse into how they can turn their passion into a professional future.  This is a theme I am developing with the Masters of Motoring and will continue to explore ideas throughout the year.

One of the standout opportunities at this year’s show is meeting the team from Wiltshire College & University Centre, who will be joining us to showcase how their Motorsport Engineering programmes can launch careers right from the heart of the action.
